1. Can I trust the workers?
Yes. Workers on Vebarua go through ID verification and are rated after every job. You can see their profile, ratings, and past reviews before accepting them.
You are always in control of who enters your home.
2. What if something is stolen or damaged?
Report the issue immediately in the app. Vebarua investigates all cases seriously and takes action, including banning workers and resolving disputes fairly.
We do not tolerate dishonesty on the platform.
3. How do I know the worker will show up?
Workers are rated on reliability. Those who miss jobs are penalized or removed. You will also receive real-time updates and notifications.
4. Do I pay before or after the job?
Payments are handled by Vebarua securely via M-Pesa. Payment is made before booking and held until the job is completed and confirmed by the client.

5. What if I’m not satisfied with the work?
You can report the issue through the app. Vebarua reviews disputes and may offer a redo, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
6. Can I choose who comes to my house?
Yes. You can view worker profiles and accept only the one you trust.
7. Is Vebarua a cleaning company?
No. Vebarua connects you to independent workers, but we provide the system, support, and accountability.
For Workers
We understand your concerns about fair pay, safety, and reliability. Vebarua is built to protect your work and your income.
1. Will I really get paid?
Yes. Payments are processed through M-Pesa and tracked in the system.
No chasing clients. No unpaid work.
2. What if a client refuses to pay?
Payments are made in advance and held by Vebarua until work is completed and confirmed by the client. In case of any issues, report to Vebarua. Vebarua investigates and ensures fair resolution. Clients who abuse the system are removed.
3. Is it safe to go to a client’s home?
All jobs are tracked through the platform. You can see job details before accepting.
You choose where to go and which jobs to accept.
4. Can I be forced to take a job?
No. You are completely free to accept or reject any job.
5. Will Vebarua take all my money?
No. Only a small, clearly shown commission is deducted per job.
You always see your earnings before accepting.
6. What if a client mistreats me?
Report immediately. Vebarua protects workers and removes abusive clients.
7. How can I get more jobs?
Be reliable, arrive on time, do quality work, and maintain a good rating. Workers with strong ratings get more visibility and more bookings.
Vebarua is built to protect both clients and workers through verification, ratings, and active support.
