3. Do I pay before or after the job?
Payments are handled by Vebarua securely via M-Pesa. Payment is made before booking and held until the job is completed and confirmed by the client.
4. What if I’m not satisfied with the work?
You can report the issue through the app. Vebarua reviews disputes and may offer a redo, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
5. Can I choose who comes to my house?
